Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 calendar days of the date you received the item.  
Conditions: unused, original packaging, proof of purchase.
How to start a return  
1. Email store@yallora.com with your order number.  
2. We reply with a prepaid U.S. shipping label (or your own trackable option).
Refunds  
- Inspected within 3 business days; refund to original payment method within 5 business days.  
- Original & return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or we shipped the wrong product.
