Orders processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via USPS Ground (5–7 days) or USPS Priority Mail (2–3 days).

We ship to all 50 U.S. states and D.C. No international shipping at this time.
2. Processing time  
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon-Fri, excluding federal holidays).
3. Carriers & services  
USPS First-Class or Priority Mail, UPS Ground. Every package includes tracking and delivery confirmation.
4. Delivery times (estimates, not guaranteed)  
- East Coast: 1–3 business days  
- Central & Mountain: 2–4 business days  
- West Coast: 3–7 business days
5. Shipping cost  
Calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Free-shipping promotions will be shown on the product or cart page.
6. Delayed / lost packages  
Contact: store@yallora.com within 48 hours of the latest estimated delivery date. We will file the carrier claim and keep you informed; refunds or replacements are issued once the carrier confirms loss.
7. Shipping to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO  
Only via USPS; UPS cannot deliver to these addresses.
8. Temperature-sensitive items  
Not applicable to current catalog; if introduced we will add appropriate shipping rules.
