1. Parties  
These Terms are between you (customer) and TMT7A LLC dba Yallora, a New York limited-liability company.
2. Intellectual property  
All content, logos, photos and code are our property or our licensors’ and may not be used without written permission.
3. Products & pricing  
Items subject to availability; we may correct pricing errors or discontinue products at any time.
4. Shipping & risk of loss  
Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier scans the package. See Shipping Policy for estimates.
5. Returns & refunds  
Governed exclusively by our Refund Policy posted above.
6. Governing law & venue  
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Exclusive venue lies in state or federal courts located in Kings County, New York.
7. Limitation of liability  
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in dispute; we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
8. Severability  
If any clause is unenforceable, the remainder stay in force.
9. Modifications  
We may update these Terms; continued use of the site after posting means you accept the changes.
